A math academy site where parents check class times and tuition, then book a consultation
A website concept for a hypothetical middle and high school math academy in Junggye-dong, Seoul. In the admin screen, the academy reviews consultation requests by grade and score range and schedules level tests.
- Problem 01
Calls during class
Calls about class times and textbooks come in during lessons, so teachers miss them and have to call back.
- Problem 02
Scattered cancellation notices
Cancellation and makeup class notices are split across text messages, a blog and a KakaoTalk channel, so parents struggle to find the latest one.
- Problem 03
Same questions every consultation
Every phone consultation starts by asking the student’s grade, recent scores and available days from scratch.

테스트에서 틀린 문제를 모아 토요일 오전에 1:1로 다시 풉니다.
