A dental clinic website where patients check hours and fees, then leave a booking inquiry
A website concept for a hypothetical neighborhood dental clinic in Bucheon with three dentists. Staff follow up on booking inquiries and manage confirmations and notices in the admin screen.
- Problem 01
Calls during treatment
Front-desk staff answer calls about hours, parking and directions while also checking in patients.
- Problem 02
Non-covered fees are hard to find
When non-covered fees are posted as images or buried in menus, patients can’t find them, and every price change means remaking the file.
- Problem 03
No booking after hours
Patients who try to book after work can’t get through by phone and look for another clinic.

ObservedKorea’s Medical Service Act restricts ads with patient testimonials, before/after photos and comparisons with other clinics.
DecidedEach treatment page lists only the process, duration and what to know beforehand, in the same order.

Non-covered fees in a text table
ObservedClinics must post non-covered fees on their website, and fee questions are a common reason for calls.
DecidedItems, criteria, fees and notes appear in a table with category tabs, and prices are edited from the admin menu.

Inquiry online, confirmation by phone
ObservedDental visits vary in length by patient, so times are hard to confirm online on the spot.
DecidedThe form takes only a preferred date and time slot, and staff mark each inquiry as contacted or confirmed in the admin.

ObservedMost patients search for a dentist on their phones and call right away.
