A skincare brand store where customers find products by skin type and reorder by subscription
A concept for a hypothetical skincare brand’s own online store based in Seongsu. The operator manages regular orders, subscription payments and failed payments together in the admin screen.
- Problem 01
Heavy reliance on marketplaces
Selling mostly on marketplaces means high fees, and the brand doesn’t get customers’ contact details or purchase history.
- Problem 02
Missed reorder timing
Skincare runs out on a fairly predictable schedule, but without a reminder customers buy a new product elsewhere.
- Problem 03
Detail pages as one long image
Long image detail pages are hard to read on mobile, and changing one line means remaking the image.
