01 Overview
A photo studio site where clients see photos and prices by shoot type, then pick an open date
A website concept for a hypothetical small studio in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, shooting wedding snaps, profiles and family photos. Visitors compare package prices, then pick a date on the calendar to inquire or chat through the KakaoTalk channel.
- Problem 01
Repeated price questions
Without prices on the site, similar price questions in DMs and KakaoTalk have to be answered one by one.
- Problem 02
Photos only on social media
An Instagram feed stacks up by posting date, so clients cannot view just the shoot type they want.
- Problem 03
Inquiries for booked dates
Weekend wedding dates fill up first, and clients only learn a date is taken after they inquire.

- 편의 시설탈의실, 메이크업룸, 파우더룸
- 의상화이트 드레스 3벌, 셔츠·블라우스 대여
- 주차건물 뒤 2대 (촬영 시간 동안 무료)

Portfolio tabs by shoot type
ObservedClients looking for wedding snaps and clients looking for profiles want to see different photos.
DecidedPhotos are split into wedding snap, profile and studio tabs, and tabs with fewer photos use fewer, larger columns.

Packages compared in one table
ObservedShoot length, edited photos and original files differ by package, which is hard to compare as text.
DecidedEach shoot type has a table with the same columns, and a button switches between prices with and without VAT.

Inquiry calendar that blocks booked dates
ObservedAn inquiry for a booked date leads to several rounds of messages to find another day.
DecidedBooked dates and Monday closures cannot be selected, and the preferred time is one of three slots.

KakaoTalk button at the bottom on mobile
ObservedClients arriving from Instagram browse on their phones and want to ask questions right away.
DecidedOn mobile, a KakaoTalk inquiry button stays at the bottom of every page, and the inquiry page invites clients to send reference photos.
